1. About Our Artwork

All artworks offered by Lavanya Art Studio are original, handmade creations by artist Tejasvi Patel, unless otherwise expressly stated. Each piece is individually crafted with great care and attention to detail, making every artwork unique.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our creations, slight variations in texture, brushwork, color tones, and finish may occur. These natural variations are an inherent part of handmade art and contribute to the authenticity and uniqueness of each piece.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display our artworks as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions, and photography.

3. Pricing and Taxes

All prices displayed on our website include applicable Indian taxes for domestic orders, unless otherwise stated.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their respective countries. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

4. Payment Methods

We accept secure payments through authorized providers, including PayPal, Razorpay, Payoneer, credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout. All payment information is processed through secure, PCI-compliant systems.

5. Order Acceptance

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of an order. Lavanya Art Studio reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order due to pricing errors, payment issues, stock availability, or other legitimate reasons.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued through the original payment method.

6. Custom and Commissioned Artwork

Custom-made and commissioned artworks are created according to the customer's specific requirements.

Once work on a custom order has begun, cancellations, returns, or refunds are generally not permitted unless the artwork arrives damaged or materially differs from the approved specifications. Customers are encouraged to review all details carefully before confirming a custom order.

7. Authenticity

Every original painting sold by Lavanya Art Studio is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, confirming that the artwork is an original handmade creation by Tejasvi Patel.

Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial use of any artwork, images, or content from this website is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
