We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. Wait for receiving a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us. Items must be in original condition.

Shipping Method
All paintings are rolled and shipped in a protective tube. Each side includes an extra 2–3 inch border for framing and gallery wrapping.

Processing & Delivery
Processing time: 1–3 week business days. Delivery: 7–10 business days via FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
Custom / Tax Duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs or tax duties applicable in their country.
IMPORTANT (ADDED CLAUSE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
- For international shipments, custom duty/taxes charged by the destination country must be paid by the client.
- If the client refuses to pay customs duty or the parcel is returned due to non-payment of duties, refund will not be applicable under any circumstances.
Cancellation
– Client can cancel the order within 12 hours of the time order was placed.
– If the client cancels the order after 12 hours, 20% charges will be deducted
