15-Day Return
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Customers must receive a "Return Accepted" confirmation from Lavanya Art Studio before sending any item back.
Returns are accepted only if the artwork arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description. Returns based on personal preferences, changes of mind, or minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to the handmade nature of the artwork are not eligible for a refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any related fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are requested to inspect their package upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and provide clear photographs of both the packaging and the damaged artwork.
Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may affect eligibility for a replacement or compensation.
Shipping Method
All paintings are carefully rolled and shipped in protective tubes to ensure safe delivery. Each artwork includes an additional 2–3 inch border to facilitate framing and gallery wrapping.

Processing and Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 weeks, depending on the artwork. Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days via trusted courier partners such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
Customs Duties and Taxes
International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by their country's authorities.
If a customer refuses to pay applicable customs duties or taxes and the shipment is returned, rejected, or abandoned, no refund will be issued.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement without any cancellation fee.
For cancellations requested after 12 hours, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing, material, and administrative costs.
